Overview
Trivana is operated by Rerato, Inc. (Delaware, USA). Payments made in Indian rupees are processed and billed by our India affiliate, Rerato Technologies Private Limited (CIN: U58200HR2025PTC130654, registered at First Floor, Sector-17, Faridabad, Haryana 121002, India), via Razorpay. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a straightforward refund policy as described below.
Creator Pro (Monthly Subscription)
Creator Pro is a monthly subscription for premium creation, analytics, and distribution features.
- •Initial Refund Window: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first Creator Pro charge if the product is not a fit.
- •After The Initial Window: Refunds are generally not issued for partially used billing periods, but you can cancel before the next renewal.
- •Access After Cancellation: When you cancel, you keep Creator Pro access until the end of the current billing period. If a refund is approved, your account returns to the free tier.
Smart Host (Monthly Add-On)
Smart Host is an optional monthly add-on for Creator Pro that unlocks answer-aware host reactions and premium hosted gameplay.
- •Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your Smart Host subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- •No Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing period. You will continue to have access until your current period ends.
- •Initial Add-On Refund: If Smart Host does not work as expected, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the first Smart Host charge.
Existing Team & Business Subscriptions
These terms apply to customers who already hold a legacy Trivana Team or Business subscription billed monthly or annually; these plans are not the current founding-pilot offer.
- •Initial Refund Window: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge on a new plan if it is not a fit.
- •Cancel Anytime: You can cancel before the next renewal and keep access until the end of the current billing period. Partially used periods are generally not refundable.
- •Annual Plans: Annual subscriptions carry the same 7-day initial window; after it, the remainder of the annual term is non-refundable unless required by law.
Founder's Edition (One-Time Lifetime) & Credit Packs
- •Founder's Edition / Lifetime: One-time lifetime purchases may be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable because access is granted perpetually. If Smart Host credits included with the purchase have already been consumed, their value may be deducted from any refund.
- •Smart Host Credit Packs: One-time credit packs are consumable. An unused pack may be refunded within 7 days of purchase; once any credit in the pack has been used, the pack is non-refundable.
Done-for-You Services & Workshop Reinforcement Pilot
Productized services, including the $399 Workshop Reinforcement Pilot, involve custom work based on material you provide.
- •Before the first draft: You may request a full refund any time before we deliver the first candidate decision set for review.
- •After the first draft: Because custom production has been delivered, the service is generally non-refundable. We will still complete the agreed scope and included revision.
- •Failure to deliver: If we miss the promised first-draft window after accepting a usable brief, you may choose a revised delivery date or a full refund.
- •Rescheduling: You may move the Day 0 launch once at no charge by giving at least two business days' notice. Material scope changes may require a revised quote or timeline.
These limits do not reduce any refund or cancellation right required by applicable law.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:
- •Your registered email address on Trivana
- •Date of purchase
- •Payment ID or transaction reference (if available)
- •Reason for refund (optional, helps us improve)
The fastest way is the in-app refund request on your billing page. You can also email support@trivana.ai.
Processing Time
Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days. Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in the following circumstances:
- •Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
- •Fraudulent or abusive refund requests
- •Requests made after the applicable refund window has expired
Taxes
When a full refund is approved, refundable taxes collected by the payment provider are returned to the original payment method where required and supported. Tax treatment may vary by jurisdiction and payment provider.
