Turn one finished workshop into three ready-to-send follow-ups.
Send the material participants actually saw. Trivana reviews the source, builds 15 realistic decisions, produces exact facilitator coaching, and hosts private Day 0, 7, and 14 rounds. You approve everything before release; the recap shows participation and best-attempt patterns.

Inspectable production chain
From source evidence to a usable recap.
This is the work included in the pilot—not a claim about customer results. You can inspect the source grounding, final decisions, and facilitator wording before release.

A realistic situation and plausible choices turn information into applied practice.

Private participation, best-attempt, duration, and competency patterns guide follow-up.
Simple by design
Pay once. Review securely. Send when ready.
This is an async, done-for-you production engagement—not software for you to learn. Pay and submit the brief without an account or password. We then send the Stripe buyer email a private Studio link for source upload, selection, approval, participant links, and reporting.
Reserve with Stripe
Pay $399 USD once. No account, demo, or meeting is required.
Send the brief
Add the cohort context, notes, and any public or access-controlled source link without creating a password.
Review and approve
Open the private Studio link sent to the Stripe buyer email, upload any private file, select the final set, request one consolidated revision, and approve release.
Send the rounds
Distribute the three private links on the planned days. Automatic reminders and email sequences are not included.
See both sides
A professional participant experience. An honest buyer recap.
Consultative selling is only the example topic. Play this Day 7 round to experience the reviewed facilitator video, realistic decisions, and response-specific coaching. Your pilot uses your own workshop material and learning objectives.

skills need follow-up
The recap supports follow-up decisions. It does not verify identity, attendance, learning outcomes, certification, or compliance.
Fixed pilot scope
A complete managed production for one cohort.
Three hosted decision rounds
Day 0 recap, Day 7 application, and Day 14 reinforcement—15 reviewed decisions total, five per round.
Private trainer workspace
Configure the brief, follow production, select the final scenarios, request changes, and approve release.
One cohort, up to 100 participants
One private link per round—an unlisted bearer link, not a password. No participant account is required; support can revoke an exposed link.
Private recap for client follow-up
Completion, each participant's best completed attempt, and competency response patterns with clear limitations.
Human review plus one revision
Every scenario and exact facilitator script is checked against the accepted source before release.
Best fit now
- Independent providers with a recent or upcoming paid workshop
- Small training companies that run the same program for repeat cohorts
- Cohort academies with usable source material and a named program owner
- Providers able to send three links and use the recap with their client
Not a fit for this pilot
Verified attendance, certification, regulated compliance, proctoring, automatic reminder campaigns, enterprise identity, or an LMS replacement.
Reporting scope
Names are self-asserted and score summaries use each participant's best completed attempt. Competency patterns help target follow-up; they do not independently verify identity, attendance, learning transfer, certification, or regulatory compliance.
Before you reserve
Scope, timing, and trust in plain language.
$399 USD is a one-time managed-production fee for one workshop and one cohort. It is not an annual license, a recurring plan, or a full white-label platform.
What starts the two-business-day target?
The first reviewed round is targeted within two business days only after we confirm the brief is complete and the source is readable, usable, and in scope. Time waiting for source access, buyer answers, selection, revision feedback, or approval is not production time. Final participant release follows buyer approval and media QA; the whole program is not promised within two business days.
What source material can I send?
Use a readable PDF, PPTX, DOCX, or TXT file up to 50 MB, or an accessible HTTPS URL. The workshop must be complete enough to support 15 distinct decisions. We will ask for clarification or decline material that is inaccessible, unsafe, unsupported, or too thin for the fixed scope.
How is private workshop material handled?
You retain ownership. Private uploads use access-controlled storage, and Trivana does not publish your source or pilot output as public library content without permission. Source text and approved facilitator scripts may be processed by the infrastructure, authoring, voice, and media providers needed to fulfill the service. Review the service terms and sub-processor register before uploading confidential material.
Can I request source or project deletion?
Yes. Request deletion through support. Trivana targets completion within 30 days, subject to records that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, payment, or dispute purposes.
Who sends the Day 0, 7, and 14 links?
You do. Trivana creates one unlisted bearer link per round; the buyer distributes each link and any reminders through their own email or messaging channel. Automatic email, SMS, or messaging reminders are not included in the founding pilot. Contact support if an exposed link needs to be revoked.
Who can open a participant link?
Each round uses an unlisted bearer link: anyone who receives the exact link can open that round until it expires or is revoked. It is not password-protected and participant names are self-asserted. Send links only to the intended cohort and contact support to revoke a link if it is forwarded outside the group.
What can I revise, and what happens after approval?
One consolidated revision can cover reasonable changes to wording, scenarios, tone, or delivery notes within the accepted source. Approval locks the final decision set so media and assignments remain consistent. A new workshop, audience, language, source expansion, or post-approval scope change requires a revised timeline or quote.
Is the experience white-labeled?
No. The founding pilot is Trivana-branded and does not include a custom domain or fully white-labeled interface. Your organization, program context, tone, and facilitator label can be reflected within the configured experience.
What does the recap prove?
It shows directional participation, each self-named participant's best completed attempt, duration, and competency response patterns for the assigned cohort. It does not verify identity, attendance, retention, workplace behavior, learning transfer, certification, or regulatory compliance.
What is the refund boundary?
You may request a full refund before the first candidate decision set is delivered. After custom production is delivered, the service is generally non-refundable while Trivana completes the agreed scope and revision. Delivery failures and rescheduling are handled under the published Refund Policy.
Founding engagement
Extend the value of your next workshop.
Start with one workshop and three follow-ups. If the pilot earns its place, we can scope a larger continuation from the measured cohort needs and real delivery cost. There is no automatic upgrade or recurring commitment.
